Twist Cavatto “Chili, Mac and Cheese” Recipe

Cooking Ingredients: 

  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 1/2 tsp.Salt
  • 2 cups Crown Premium Twist Cavatto
  • 100g Ham – Diced
  • 1/3 Cups all purposed Flour
  • 20g Butter
  • 1/3 Cup all Purposed flour
  • 2 tbs. Chili Paste
  • 2 Cups Cooking Cream
  • 1 tbsps. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder – Optional
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese – shredded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese – shredded
  • 100g Ham

Cooking Instructions

  1. Pour 4 Cups of Water into a pot.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp of Salt, Cover the pot for the water to boil.
  3. Pour Crown Premium Twist Cavatto inside the pot of boiling water, cook for 8/9 Minutes according to taste.
  4. Drain the water out of the Macaroni when fully done.
  5. Grate your Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Chop your 100g of Ham.
  7. Place your frying pan on a fire heating temperature, then add 20g of Butter,1/3g of all-purpose flour, stir all together.
  8. Add 2 tbsp. of Chili Paste, stir and add 2 Cups of Milk,2 Cups of cooking cream.
  9. Add 1 tbsp of Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of Chili powder and Salt to taste, stir all together.
  10. Add 1Cup of Grated Mozzarella Cheese, 1 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheddar, then turn off the burner.Pour your already cooked Crown Premium Twist Cavetto inside the mix and stir
  11. Pour your chopped Ham and mix all together.
  12. Now, your Twist Cavitto “Chili, Mac and Cheese is ready to be served.
