SPINACH AND SWEET CORN PASTA

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, Chopped. 
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Shredded.
  • 4 scotch bonnet peppers, ground.
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • Yagi suya spice seasoning
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 pack crown premium pasta.
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 2 spring onions, chopped.
  • Spinach

Instructions:

  • In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions, shredded garlic, and ground scotch bonnet peppers.
  • Add shredded chicken to the pot and stir well. 
  • Season with suya spice according to taste.
  • Stir until the chicken is fully cooked and coated with the seasoning.
  • In another pot of boiling water, add salt, add pasta and cook for 6 minutes, and drain.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pot with the chicken sauce.
  • Add sweet corn, chopped spring onion, and spinach to the pot.
  • Mix everything together until the pasta and vegetables are well combined.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
