Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, Chopped.
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Shredded.
- 4 scotch bonnet peppers, ground.
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- Yagi suya spice seasoning
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 pack crown premium pasta.
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 2 spring onions, chopped.
- Spinach
Instructions:
- In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions, shredded garlic, and ground scotch bonnet peppers.
- Add shredded chicken to the pot and stir well.
- Season with suya spice according to taste.
- Stir until the chicken is fully cooked and coated with the seasoning.
- In another pot of boiling water, add salt, add pasta and cook for 6 minutes, and drain.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pot with the chicken sauce.
- Add sweet corn, chopped spring onion, and spinach to the pot.
- Mix everything together until the pasta and vegetables are well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
