Ingredients:
- 500g Minced Beef
- 1 tsp. Ginger minced.
- 3 Cloves Garlic. peeled and minced.
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 6 Medium Sized Scent Leaves, Chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup of Cooking of Oil
- 1 Pack Crown Premium Spaghetti
- 2 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1 Cup Pepper Puree
- 1 Sachet Tasty Tom Tomato
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine beef, minced garlic, minced ginger, paprika, salt, breadcrumbs, and scent leaf. Break one egg into the mixture and mix. Form the mixture into balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs until done.
- In a pot of boiling water, add salt and Crown Premium pasta. Cook for about 8-9 minutes, then drain and cool with cold water.
- Heat some oil in a pot and add onions. Cook until translucent.
- Add tomato purée and pepper purée to the pot. Mix well.
- Stir in Tasty Tom tomato paste and mix properly. Season with salt and oregano.
- Add the fried meatballs to the sauce and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Remove the meatballs from the sauce and set aside.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and combine well.
- Return the meatballs to the pot with the pasta and sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
