INGREDIENTS:
- Oil
- Onions, chopped.
- Pepper
- Curry leaves
- Mackerel fish, mashed.
- Spices and seasonings
- Cabbage
- Crown premium slim pasta
- Salt
- Sesame oil
- Spring onions, for garnish.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat up some oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions in the oil until they are translucent.
- Add pepper to the pan according to your liking and stir well.
- Add curry leaves to the pan and sauté for additional flavor.
- Add mashed mackerel fish to the pan and mix well.
- Season the mixture with your preferred spices and seasonings.
- Once the mixture is fragrant and the fish is cooked, add cabbage to the pan.
- Reserve some cabbage for the last part of the recipe.
- Mix everything together properly.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add salt to the boiling water.
- Add crown premium slim pasta to the pot and cook for 8-9 minutes or until al dente.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer it into the sauce in the pan.
- Add the reserved cabbage to the pan as well.
- Give everything a very good mix to ensure the pasta is well coated with the sauce and the flavors are evenly distributed.
- Drizzle some sesame oil over the pasta and sauce mixture.
- Garnish the dish with chopped spring onions for a fresh flavor and added visual appeal.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious and flavorful pasta dish!
