CPP Meat Ball Pasta


  • 500g Minced Beef
  • 1 tsp. Ginger minced.
  • 3 Cloves Garlic. peeled and minced.
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 6 Medium Sized Scent Leaves, Chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Cooking of Oil
  • 1 Pack Crown Premium Spaghetti
  • 2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 Cup Pepper Puree
  • 1 Sachet Tasty Tom Tomato


  • In a bowl, combine beef, minced garlic, minced ginger, paprika, salt, breadcrumbs, and scent leaf. Break one egg into the mixture and mix. Form the mixture into balls.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs until done.
  • In a pot of boiling water, add salt and Crown Premium pasta. Cook for about 8-9 minutes, then drain and cool with cold water.
  • Heat some oil in a pot and add onions. Cook until translucent.
  • Add tomato purée and pepper purée to the pot. Mix well.
  • Stir in Tasty Tom tomato paste and mix properly. Season with salt and oregano.
  • Add the fried meatballs to the sauce and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Remove the meatballs from the sauce and set aside.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and combine well.
  • Return the meatballs to the pot with the pasta and sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy!
