  • Onions, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, grated
  • Fresh pepper, grounded
  • Fish spices (Bonga fish, Stock Fish, Crayfish)
  • Seasoning (to taste)
  • Water
  • Crown Premium Slim pasta
  • Uziza leaves
  • Mackerel fish


  • Heat some oil in a pot or pan.
  • Add chopped onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, and grounded fresh pepper to the pot, stir well.
  • Add fish spices, bonga fish, stock fish, crayfish, and seasoning to the pot.
  • Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Pour some water into the pot and bring it to a boil.
  • While the water is boiling, open the package of slim pasta and add it to the boiling water.
  • Cook the pasta for 8-9 minutes or until it reaches your desired texture. Make sure to check if it’s ready by tasting a small piece.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, add some uziza leaves and mackerel fish to the pot.
  • Give everything a good mix to incorporate the leaves and fish with the pasta and sauce.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meal!
