• Coconut oil
  • -1 onion, chopped.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced.
  • 1 pepper, chopped.
  • Dried bonga fish
  • Dried catfish
  • -Dried prawns
  • Fish spices.
  • Spices and seasonings of choice
  • Water
  • Coconut milk
  • Meat stock
  • Salt
  • Macaroni
  • Sliced ugu (pumpkin) leaves
  • Sliced uziza leaves


  • Heat very little oil and coconut oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and chopped pepper to the pan, mix well.
  • Add dried bonga fish, dried catfish, dried prawns, and fish spices to the pan, mix well.
  • Add spices and seasonings of your choice to the pan and mix well.
  • In a pot of boiling water, add coconut milk, meat stock, and a little salt.
  • Add Crown Premium Macaroni to the boiling water and cook until it reaches your preferred texture.
  • Drain the cooked macaroni and set aside.
  • Add the drained macaroni to the sauce in the pan.
  • Pour in some more coconut milk to the mixture.
  • Add sliced Ugu leaves and sliced Uziza leaves to the pan.
  • Mix everything together until the pasta and vegetables are well coated with the sauce.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful macaroni dish!
