Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Crown Premium Twist Cavatto
- 4 Medium Sized Carrots
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Large Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper
- A Bunch Lettuce
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsps. Mustard
- % Cup Vinegar
- 2 Cups Sweet Corn
- 250g Tuna Fish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar until well combined.
- To the bowl of dressing, add chopped carrots, onions, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, and lettuce.
- Mix everything properly until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Add sweet corn and tuna fish to the salad mixture and mix again until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the salad for 1-3 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
- In a pot of boiling water, add some salt.
- Pour in the crown premium twist cavatto and cook for 8-9 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain the cooked pasta and set it aside.
- Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the refrigerated salad.
- Mix everything together until the pasta is well incorporated with the salad ingredients and dressing.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
