Spaghetti Quiche (Longer Version)


  • 1 Pack Crown Premium Spaghetti
  • 2 Cups Cooking Oil
  • 5 Medium Sized Sausages
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion
  • 3 Medium Sized Scotch Bonnet
  • 3 Plum Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Medium Sized Carrots
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry Powder
  • Salt – To Taste


  1. Add 4 Cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil
  2. Add salt to taste, 1 tbsp. curry powder and 1 pack of Crown Premium Spaghetti
  3. Cook for 5 minutes and drain
  4. Cut the sausages into large chunks, then cut vertically into 8 pieces, but not to the end. Set aside.
  5. Add 2 cups of cooking oil to a non-sticky deep-frying pan.
  6. Add the sausages and fry till slightly brown. Take out of the oil and set aside.
  7. Reduce the oil in the pan and add 1 medium chopped onion in the frying pan.
  8. Add the chopped fresh scotch bonnet and medium sized chopped tomatoes and fry till cooked.
  9. Add 1 tsp of curry powder and the chopped green bell pepper and the chopped carrots. Fry till cooked.
  10. Break the six eggs into a bowl and whisk well.
  11. Add the spaghetti into a round baking pan, add the well fried vegetables and the whisked eggs.
  12. Add some round tomato strips and bell pepper strips to give it a good garnish.
  13. Bake in a pre-heater oven for 3 minutes till set.
  14. Enjoy your Spaghetti Quiche.
