Crown Premium Pasta Spaghetti Bolognaise (Uziza Spiced)


  • 1 Cup of Cooking Oil
  • 1 Onion – Chopped
  • 5 Cloves Garlic – Minced
  • 600g Beef
  • Salt – To taste
  • 1 Tbsp. False Cubeb “Uziza”
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Thyme
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Seasoning
  • 2 Plum Tomatoes – Chopped
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste


  1. Add 1/4 Cooking oil to a frying pan.
  2. Add the chopped onions, minced garlic and stir
  3. Add the minced meat. Stir fry for 15 minutes till it gives off its juice
  4. Add salt to taste. Add the false cubeb seed, the crushed oregano, thyme, and Worcestershire Sauce.
  5. Add the red wine, the seasoning cubes, the chopped plum tomatoes, diced carrots and tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes and set aside.
  6. In another pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tsp of salt and the Crown Premium pasta.
  7. Cook for 8-9 minutes or according to your taste.
  8. Drain and serve hot with the Bolognaise sauce.
  9. Enjoy with family and friends.
