Chili Mac and Cheese Recipe


  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Cups Crown Premium Twist Cavatto
  • 100g Ham “Diced” – Optional
  • 20g Butter
  • 1/3 Cup of All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili Paste
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Cooking Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder – Optional
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese – Shredded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • Salt – To taste


  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. Add the Crown Premium Twist Cavatto. Cook for 8-9 minutes, or according to taste.
  3. Drain the water
  4. Shred the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Chop the ham into tiny bits
  6. Add 20g of butter to a deep fryer, add the all-purpose flour and whisk till it forms a clear consistency.
  7. Add the chili paste to the flour mixture and mix
  8. Add 2 cups of cooking cream to the mixture and whisk till it forms a clear liquid.
  9. Add 1 tbsp. of garlic powder, chili powder and salt to taste. Keep whisking till it forms a clear liquid.
  10. Add the grated Mozzarella cheese, the grated Cheddar cheese, and mix.
  11. Turn off the burner.
  12. Add the Crown Premium Twist Cavatto to the mixture and mix.
  13. Serve and enjoy.
